Deductibles are available from $100 to $5,000 for most condominiums. Coverage can co-ordinate with your Association’s master policy so that you are paying for only the coverage that you need. Replacement cost coverage is on your personal property as well as loss assessment coverage is included. Our companies have the ability to schedule almost any personal item that needs “special” protection.

Optional coverage is available including ordinance and law protection, sewer/septic backup, loss to refrigerated contents due to a power outage, your child’s liability for babysitting or lawn mowing type jobs, mortgage interest rate increase after a total loss, identity theft coverage, and many, many more coverages.
