General Agency Company is seeking a qualified Personal Lines Account Executive for immediate employment. Applicant must possess the ability to work in a fast paced, team-centric, multi-functional insurance work environment. Must have excellent communication and problem solving skills, be detail determined, have outstanding customer service skills, be fluent in Excel, Internet, data entry and Applied Systems. Insurance knowledge is strongly desired. Only self-motivated, hard-working, team players need apply.
Ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player and have ability to successfully maintain and manage client accounts while meeting client goals and production standards. Must have the ability to deal courteously with clients, retain clientele, and work independently while providing “ONE CALL” service. Must have positive ("can-do") attitude and strong work ethic. Must be competent in explaining insurance products and services while maintaining quality rapport and relationships enhancing the agency's philosophy and full service reputation.
Candidate must embrace prospecting; be highly motivated in sales and meet required sales goals while developing and maintaining exceptional client relationships. Must be current with new sales programs, agency direction, market climate, industry trends and underwriting requirements.
The ideal candidate will work mainly outside the office; setting appointments, client follow ups. Must have ability to manage an existing book of business, develop leads, identify customers and market appropriate products. Must have positive ("can-do") attitude and strong work ethic.
