Flood insurance is also available to help protect from financial loss most property damage caused by the overflow of water from its natural boundaries as declared by FEMA. Dwelling and Personal Property coverage is available up the maximum limits allowed by FEMA - $250,000 on Dwellings and $100,000 on Personal Property. Available deductibles range from available from $500 to $5,000.
